The Supersymmetry CBS guarantees our commitment to you, therefore it also requires a committment from our customers.

The CBS is designed specifically for existing, working & static html/css/js websites. There can be some basic php functionality, but the site must not be database-driven nor require specialised hosting services to function. We reserve the right to respectfully decline the CBS for sites that do not fit these conditions.

All levels of site complexity can be accommodated, but we reserve the right to charge extra for such sites.

Package fees are annual only, up-front & paid in-full with no refunds unless agreed by Supersymmetry.

Edit credits are applicable for HTML content only, and do not include structural site modification (eg. menus, layout, scripting, etc.). However if possible all reasonable changes can be accommodated, including new pages.

All edit requests will be confirmed as appropriate by Supersymmetry prior to commencement as will the number of edit credits required to complete the work.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone requests beyond the scope of minor site edits and charge appropriately for the work if it proceeds.

Once confirmed, edit requests will be completed within 5 working days unless otherwise specified.

Editing credits are bundled into half-year allocations (ie 12 per 6 months) which expire and are not transferable to the next half-year, even if they are not used.

Whilst edit credits are intended for online updates/changes, we reserve the right to cancel any remaining edit credits if the total customer contact time is unreasonable and exceeds any remaining edit credits.
