For the vast majority of small business sites, our Core Business Service (CBS) could not be simpler, everything you need for a single annual price - just $249 per year.
For those that need the technical specifications this includes: setup, domain name registration & hosting, email server configuration, web site hosting (50Mb) & included site support & maintenance.
How does it compare?
We can only compare by totalling the technical hosting needs of a website and then we average the cost over 4 years to balance out variances between package & suppliers. For comparison here are the links to well-known national and local (Adelaide) suppliers:

Aren't others cheaper?
Only if you base the cost on technically having a web-site, but the CBS is a total online service - and this includes effective support and site maintenance.
Most basic hosting plans we have seen (including those listed above) expect you to take control of site edits and maintenance. They may provide the tools, but you need the time and the technical knowledge.
So even if you only expect need to have just one or two changes to your online service (eg. changing a staff email) a Supersymmetry CBS is far and away the best option.
